About Us

We are certain that you will love Madeira Vista and our family atmosphere. Please understand that we are not a hotel type property. You are staying in the owners' home that they choose to rent out to guests. If there is something you need during your stay, management will make every effort to contact the owner and accommodate your request. However, some requests may not be immediately available for a response. Management is not authorized to purchase or make certain repairs without the owners' permission. Many of our owners live out of state or even out of the country, so immediate responses are not always possible.

Property Rules:
  • Madeira Vista Management has the right to take appropriate action if rules are not followed. Management is not authorized to offer refunds for any reason. 
  • Most condos sleep up to a maximum of 6, regardless of age. There are no "exceptions" to this rule. You are allowed to have up to 6 guests visit during the day with approval, however guests must depart no later than 10:00 PM. Any guest past 10:00 PM is considered overnight and more than 6 is simply not allowed per our Association Rules.
  • 10:00 PM is "quiet time" at Madeira Vista. We have full-time residents who live on the property, therefore we must be respectful of their residence.
  • Any group gathering larger than 12 must have approval from management. Large groups will be instructed to a specific area on the deck so as not to interfere with other guests. Please be courteous and understand that others should have the space to swim, grill or socialize around the property without feeling overtaken. Our property is a small property and is also a residence and some owners live here year round.                    (For this reason, we do not rent to groups larger than 2 units.)
